The video shows my unit in action controlling a 12 VDC heating cartridge that I want to maintain roughly around 60 C. (No cooling circuitry for now, but am considering finding a good peltier element to be able to tighten the temp range a little better than the current +/- 4 degC) Review: the instructions suck - I got sucked in by the cheap price. It is made in China so the instructions are a poor translation. The instructions look like English words but they only make sense to the Chinese guy who thought he was composing English sentences. no one else will understand them. Most of the document is just gibberish. There is no troubleshooting menu or guidance. The setup instructions are ridiculous, but I figured it out. The thermister works and the display shows the temperature in Celsius. I am an American so I prefer Fahrenheit but that's no big deal...it's easy enough to convert. The set points for delay, difference, and the temperature activation point are easy to adjust. The sensor is labeled as 'NTC' which strictly speaking means it's a negative temperature coefficient thermistor.
