Garlic was the biggest one for me! And a life without garlic sounds... Painful. So I began learning how to help my body build a better tolerance and settled on this brand of molybdenum. Sure enough, before long, I was able to eat anything without discomfort or sickness! I love this company and recommend their products as the quality is reliable. I can proudly say, I am able to eat garlic soup and feel like a million bucks afterwards. That wouldn't have been possible without this supplement! Make sure to dilute it in a drink. It doesn't have much of a flavor but you can tell there is something there. It is more of a mouth feeling than a taste- I believe it is because this is a mineral. Not at all unpleasant, don't let that detour you.
