There is no country of origin on the jar.** A: I only know that the company began in England. After that I have no knowledge. The information on Amazon says that they at least began in England and it sounds to me that they still are. I have some other bottles of this type, but none of them are as good a these. **Q: Is this freezer safe** A: I'd say it's as safe to freeze as any Ball jar. As long as you don't put hot contents right into the freezer or fill above the 'shoulder' it should freeze just fine.
