Wallets, phone, keys, pill bottles, note book, pens, card holders, glasses case, all fit easily inside. Ideal.Not for water bottles, computer tablets or that type of larger thing, but as a really decent extension of a man's pockets.I usually forget that I am wearing it.It sits in a perfect spot at the lower stomach or hip for driving.
