It is easy to fold and unfold in a couple seconds, you can put it in a back pack, attache case, or even in a shoulder bag. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the Styrofoam inside the helmet that give space between the outer shell of the helmet and the user's head. You can feel the hardness of the Styrofoam and the weight of helmet on top of your head. The foam cushion that attached to the Styrofoam is too thin.
