Setting up takes a few times to get down correctly but it works very well. The flooring is not waterproof but a cheap 5x7 lightweight tarp from outdoor products fixes that. Kept the onslaught of wave after wave of scores of mosquitoes, flies, ants and spiders in Dolly Sods, West Virginia from bothering me in my sleep. Was nice to have a bug free escape and wake up knowing that myself and my dog were not going to be eaten alive all night by bugs looking for a blood meal. Fit my 90L pack at one end and my 50lb dog at the other end inside with lots of space to spare on the floor. No internal loops or string but that's easily fixed with a ridgeline hung inside. Does not come with ground stakes but I have more than I'll ever need so that didn't inconvenience me. I am only giving this 4 stars and not 5 because most of this is constructed with only single stitched seams and does not look as though it will be as durable in the long run as I would like. I may go over it with the sewing machine for added strength. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A different option from a standard bug net. *by R***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 13, 2016* This is about the same price as the smaller bug nets that cocoon the hammock, and offers a larger alternative.It requires more effort to set up. If you use a ridgeline for hanging small items on, you will want a 2nd one for this net positioned higher to "fill it out" accordingly. However, you certainly could get by resting it on the standard ridgeline, you would just lose some vertical space.The surprisingly useful feature is the floor. It leaves a lot of room to throw gear and keep it dry from water on the ground. On my last motorcycle camping trip with it, there was a half day of rain ...the tarp obviously keeps things protected, but once on the ground, the water ran and pooled underneath and around the hammock in small puddles. Water did not penetrate the floor at all which surprised me. Aside from protecting things from a wet ground, it will keep bugs out of gear/clothing, etc.I do wish the zipper was a little taller. I'm 6'2" and you do need to crouch and sort of squeeze your way in through the opening. Once in, you can move about freely. If i'ts staked down tightly, the zippered opening has very little slack. And I'd also prefer the mesh material to be gray or black. The white really stands out and makes your hammock area look like a little.....er, princess-ey? Minor complaint of course, purely aesthetics.The mesh material is fairly substantial (it "folds" or "rolls" rather than "squishes" if that makes sense) which increases the pack size. It packs to the size of about two nylon double hammocks. For backpackers, this might be too large where space is a premium but for car, motorcycle, or backyard camping, it's fine. Note that it will limit how high you can hang the hammock - if you want the floor to remain on the ground. I suppose you could just let it hang loosely, or lash it down with some cord so the floor "floats."I think it's a good value, and has worked well for me.
