No customer service to honoring of Warranty *by T***L on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2020* I do not do reviews but had an issue with this bag. The concept of the bag being expandable is great, and I was excited to travel with it. I purchased this for a recent trip to France as I knew I would be bringing back a lot more than I went with. I normally travel business and all my bags come out in great shape, on the odd occasion my Rimowa bags (also offering a Warranty policy) have had an issue with a wheel the suitcase has been have been repaired free of charge.The bag arrived in Marseille after 2 flights with 3 wheels which was quite awkward to use and I had to pull it along as opposed to wheeling it upright with 4 wheels. The stitching on strap holder also came unstitched. This was the 1st and only time it was used - so it makes for an expensive 1 time use bag!!I completed the Warranty form and wrote to Beschan asking for a replacement bag/or repair under the 1 year Warranty policy covering defects in workmanship as it is supposedly covered by a 12 month warranty. After a quick initial email response in November asking for the order number they have NOT replied. I would NOT buy this product again, due to poor customer service and not honoring their Warranty policy!
