Very hi-tech. Like an android/ipad and similar experience. Had to pay for the extra features (e.g. dpf filter regen) through the software/app at 50 dollars for a year, which was unexpected (and falsely advertised) and disconcerting but seemed fine/legit (i.e. not a scam). Instructions were dire. Aftercare was poor (needed because extra feature wasn't easy/obvious to use) because the UK branch don't support the cheaper Chinese versions, which this is.
