Next time 2”s shorter would be better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dickies are THE overalls! *by M***. on July 16, 2016* I am a 33 1/2" waist and I don't have a much of a stomach. I still need some extra room for movement but I wasn't sure if the 36x30 when washed would be enough. I bought a 36x30 and a 38x30 to wash them both in hot water and hot dry to see which one will be the best fit. It looks like the 36x30 will be the one. After one good hot wash and the hottest dry I could do, both of them shrunk about two inches in the waist to a bit over the exact measurement they are marked as. Before I make my final decision I will repeat the process just to make sure. I don't think they will shrink much more. The inseam came up by about the same and I am fortunate that even though the 30 inseam is the shortest they make they will be just right for me. These are well made and have all kinds of great features. One of things I like about these is the taller rear pockets by about 1" more than typical rear pockets.
