Then I read all the other Amazon reviews with the same problem. Bummer! ### ⭐⭐ Battery Hog *by C***9 on November 4, 2013* I can't recommend this device until they make a rechargeable version. It requires three AA batteries that unfortunately will only last through 10-15 hours of use - this has been my personal experience and the manufacturer has also confirmed that is the average. At that rate, it won't be long before I spend more in batteries than I did for the device. The stand is also very unstable and has a tendency to collapse, sending the device tumbling into the tub (fortunately it's pretty sturdy so it hasn't suffered any damage). Also, the Bluetooth pairing process is not very intuitive.On the plus side, the sound is decent!Bottom line: Instead of buying the ishower, just bring your iPad within earshot.
