Fits perfectly and way better than the one from the manufacturer for several reasons. Mostly, there isn't a large gap between the back of the second row seats and the cover. This unit has the section that attaches around the headrests and covers that part so no one can see stuff in the cargo area. There's a split in the tarp so if you need to put down a portion of the 2nd row you can still use the cover. The material is thick and seems like it'll really hold up. The roll-up is a little sluggish in cold weather (i.e. 20Β°), but just a little warmer weather and it's totally fine; just coax it back and it'll still roll-up.
