This one fit the bill and was perfect for my three week trip to Europe! Except for when the extendable handle broke. Definitely inconvenient but it was still manageable. I would still recommend this suitcase - it was a perfect carry-on, especially for strict European airlines. Icelandair put it in the metal box to test the size and it passed. Be careful with the handle though!
