This 32 page compilation offers absolutely nothing that you couldn't find in another of Lindy's book, which are much heartier in substance and information for cake decorating, in relation to flowers. This information can even something that can be found through online searches.I am truly perplexed how this could have been even considered for publication and sale. Lindy has written many other fine books, which would be worthy of your effort, but this is not it.It begins with the equipment you would use, then goes to the recipes for fondant, buttercream, etc. keeping in mind these are very short tutorials, with photos.Then the flower instruction begins, to bring you to a daisy-like flower, rose, a very simple dahlia, a poppy flower, a painted flower, and a peony of sorts. The next instruction is for the very, very basics of the front cover purse cake, with the final instruction on how to cover a cake board.Very nice if this was one of many chapters, but the 32 pages is it.
