Is cardstock too heavy?** A: I found that cardstock actually worked the best. Lighter weight papers will work as well, just use a lighter touch to avoid tearing the paper. **Q: seveeal comments said it would tear thin paper but Can you stack 2 thin pieces of paper together& cut out 2 at 1 time to make it work?** A: I used thin paper, and it worked for me. If you have a doubt, you're right to stack two sheets together, but I don't think it'll be necessary. **Q: Is it just me? I have a hard time punching the yellow punch. Is there something I can do to sharpen the blades or making the punch easier to use?** A: The yellow punch does have some resistance but if you are using paper it shouldn't be very difficult to punch. Always love when they have a space for the plastic, well sized bone holder. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes cute bags for gifts *by G***Y on July 13, 2024* This punch makes bags that are either S (2 1/2"), M (3"), or L (3 1/2") in width and 2" deep. The height of the bags can be adjusted from 2 3/4" up to 10 3/4" high. You just add 1 1/4" to the height you want the finished bag to be to allow for the bottom flaps and cut you paper accordingly. There are printed directions on the punch as well as step by step instructions with pictures on a printed sheet inside the package. You can also punch holes with the reverse punch to use ribbon, twine, etc. to close the bags. It does take some force to press the punch down and some practice at learning how to make a bag with all the scoring and punching. But once you learn, you can make a bag in just a few minutes.
