Not sure if you can use it for the front. If the front camber bolt is 14mm and is same length. I don't see why you could not use it for the front. If you are only dropping your scion frs 1.5 you will not need camber bolts for rear. I have Swift 1" lowering springs, and these helped me get to -2 degrees of negative camber in the front. Many say that you can run without adjustment in the rear, but when I lowered my car I naturally got -3 degrees which was a bad dynamic, especially for this car.
