After having used these, you'll never want to use the cheap knockoffs again. Have used this with wires from 22-12 AWG with zero issues. The inside of these is where the quality is. The solid coil of metal really does an amazing job at biting into the wires to provide a solid connection that will last. Try giving it a nice pull once it's bottomed out and you'll noticed that hold stronger than Hodor can hold a door! The red part on these feels like some sort of rubber which is nice when trying to shove wires into it. They are very easy to hold on to even when you're wearing thick gloves. They come in a nice resealable bag which is nice if you only use a few here and there.
