I absolutely love them! They brown the bottom of the cookies & slide right off the mat with no sticking. I had been using parchment paper to line my flat cookie sheets. While parchment paper works just fine I was tired of always having to purchase rolls & make sure I had enough to bake my dozens of cookies for parties & such. So I started searching for silicone baking mats. The first set i purchased didnt fit my flat baking sheets so I searched some more & came across these. They actually cover my flat style cookie sheets (probably too large if you have cookie pans). Clean up is so easy, you just wash them with soap & water, dry completely, roll them up & store inside your empty papertowel roll...easy peasy.
