I chose this one as it seemed very straight forward and simple to use and value for money. My idea was that adding different coloured soap layers in the mold I could achieve impressive slices with very little faffing about. But what i liked as well was the fact it was pine, not bamboo, and should be more durable and hard wearing and not fall apart after little use. When it arrived via prime exactly as expected i was impressed at how solid and well made it was.
