Works as expected with one exception: there is very little padding on the bottom of the laptop pouch. My recommendation for the manufacturer would be to either add padding or add a seam for a "false bottom" so the laptop doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the organizer. The problem is that if you drop your backpack or toss it down, the laptop will impact the floor unprotected.
