This is the solution! Instead of opening the valve for long periods to let it flow, use it as a pump to push little bits out. I've been using it for dispensing gelatin into silicone molds when making Jell-o shots and this little baby is so handy and perfect for the task, if I could rationalize why I needed two, I'd buy another! Prior to getting this, I relied on using a measuring glass with pouring spout to get the liquid into the molds, but inevitably spilled the gelatin where it wasn't intended to go. No more with this funnel!No leaking, very easy to dose (shut on and off) and comes with a handy stand when you need to set it aside with liquid still in it. It also comes with a couple extra spouts, which appear to be different sizes for dispensing the chocolate (or whatever you choose) at different rates, but of course, I pitched the directions before reading them. I mean really, it's a funnel with a trigger!
