I am not sure if it is my area of installation, but they take a couple seconds to turn on each time I walk directly under them. I would expect them to come on immediately, and I wish they could be adjusted for sensitivity, but I guess to make them easier they have to draw the line somewhere :)So, I had this bulb over a table with a lot of clutter when I originally wrote this review. I then cleaned most of the clutter off of the table, and just like magic, they started working better, now they turned on almost immediately when coming into their field of view. Keep that in mind if you are a hoarder 😜I have also found that if the table is not there the field of view is even bigger. Bulb is located in a closet and I have doors closed, but I see light going on and off through bottom of the door crack frequently. With door closed, I would expect no activity from light, and light to go on only when door opened and activity sensed. I think this is causing decrease light life and additional electricity usage (although being a LED is does help over Incandescent or CFL).
