After washing for the 1st time (advisable as there’s the usual new ‘waxyness’ feeling) I can confirm the blanket is both soft and cosy. Also, the colour hasn’t faded after said 1st wash and it became both more lustrous and fluffy. I’m marking it down a point as there’s a small hole near a corner which looks like a simple manufacturing fault and as the throw’s way over size not a problem for my intended purpose of the throw. For the money, definitely worth a punt…x Value for money: Great value.
