A: If you have room for both posters just get both. If you get only 1 poster you get a general idea of how to do the exercises using either dumbell or barbell.

**Q: What is the actual size? Photo shows 18x24 but description states 18x27**
A: Mine is 26 1/2 by 17 1/2 inches..

I love this chart!! Now that I am working out at home without all the different machines that break down these exercises at the gym, I wanted an easy way to learn. These are straight forward and so helpful! Excercises are broken down into: Upper body/Core/Back/Lower body. It then shows how to perform each exercise and what muscles they work. The poster is large and easy to see and laminated to hold up. It does come rolled up but the paper has different ways to flatten out! I also LOVE that these are printed double sided, one way vertical and one horizontal, to allow you to fit this wherever is most convenient!
