If you're looking for an overview, this is it.  It's a good introduction to HR analytics, but not much value beyond that.  Certainly not worth the $25 I paid for it.  It's just too short to add much value to my library; content is only pages 11 through 54 which includes blank pages in between chapters.  So, really only about 40 pages of content - just not much meat there, but it is a good overview for a novice.
