Review: Great Case - Real nice case to build with. Extremely easy to fit everything in there that I had (nothing fancy, biggest component was the GTX 570 and it fit no problem). Having the power supply at the bottom is real nice, it makes sense and it works perfectly. Plenty of room for proper cable management as well. The first one I was sent was damaged due to shipping (accordion-like box damage), stupid me I forgot to check the case before building and had the motherboard and everything in there mounted and then realized that yeah, the case had a big dent in it causing it to flex and so my video card wasn't able to fully seat down into its slot. It was at this point that I realized the case did have damage. So word of advice, make sure there's no dents in your case before starting your build. desertcart was great as always though with getting the replacement here fast.
Review: Really good cooling. But awkward cable management. - Ah, there are a few inherent problems with this case. I really like that front is mesh, as it allows for a lot of airflow. Cooling should not be a problem with this case. However, cable management can be a problem. First of all, the PSU is mounted on the bottom, and the motherboard mounts near the top of the case. So you have thick power cables crossing the middle of the case. Maybe if the PSU is completely modular the cables might not be so bad but my PSU is only partially modular and the main 24 pin and the 12v cables are thick. There is very little clearance between the motherboard and the top of the case, and mounting a radiator or some case fans at the top is very difficult. If you use a large aftermarket CPU cooler, it'll probably be impossible. In my case, the ATX 12v and two fan headers are right at the top of the motherboard, which creates an absolute mess. Also, the filters at the top are somewhat useless, unless you're planning on using that for intake (I'm thinking that it's for exhaust, however). The tool-less SSD frame is somewhat flimsy, but usable. However if you plan to install fans on that door, you cannot use the frame. Other than that, the price is good, and the case itself is solid and it does look nice. I've always liked Coolermaster cases, and despite those few issues, this is a good case for the price. With careful planning the cable management issues can be mitigated, and using a closed loop watercooler may help with the space issues as well (I thought about installing one and mounting the radiator on the right side panel but making it an intake instead of an exhaust).

## Questions & Answers

**Q: wil this case fit a gtx 770?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can you fit a Corsair H-100i water cooler in there? Looks pretty slim. and tight.**
A: Yes

**Q: Does this have room for a 240 mm water cooling radiator and an optical drive?**
A: It does have room for an optical drive. For specifics check the manufacturer's website for information. If you go there you will see, "Flexible mounting options with three designated areas for radiators including 240mm along the top or side and 120mm at the rear."
I stay away from water cooling but if you are committed it does have room for it in your cooler build. For cooling I use one of the best radiators and fans made. Go to the Noctua website and you will see some excellent coolers and fans.

**Q: I think this case would be a solid upgrade from my CM Elite 430, but I always do side panels. Can I get this with a side panel?**
A: The Cooler Master website states that there is a model with a side panel window (I assume that's what you meant). Look for model number KWN1 (With fan LED) or KWN2 (Without)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice case, materials feel cheap though
*by A***M on June 23, 2014*

My previous case was a Thermaltake Armor series (extra wide full tower, all thick metal case). That was a solid case. This case by Cooler Master is much much smaller and lighter--the metal sides feel so thin that you might mistake it for plastic. Any hard pushing or accidents could dent or bend it. Pros: Has all mesh front and vents on all sides, very open inside, big quiet fans (2), optical, 3.5 and 2.5in bays have lots of room. Still has a floppy slot (if needed). You can route almost all cables behind motherboard by taking off side panel for a clean inside. MOST IMPORTANT: no bright LEDs or plexiglass windows. I guess I have grown out of that phase. It's black on black. Black painted insides. Throw a black motherboard and cards inside and it will just eat all the light. Supports lots of extra fans and water cooling radiators if that is your thing. My build uses no separate video card but it does support up to 12.6 inch video cards. Came packaged well, inside foam protects. Supports ATX and mATX motherboards. Cons: As stated before, the case is VERY light and just doesn't feel sturdy. I almost broke the 2.5in tray because it has a little plastic tab to remove it and it is thin. NOTE: You can't screw in the motherboard stand-offs by hand, there is a silver socket in the parts bag that you screw in with a screwdriver. First I have seen this.
