I did my fair share of research on the plant and decided that if I were going to take it in capsule form for convenience, I would need to opt for a very pure brand. Within a few days of taking this, I thought I felt a difference but kept it going for a couple more weeks for good measure. I find myself no longer hitting the Snooze button which is a huge deal. It doesn't make me sleepy but once my head hits the pillow at night, I'm getting ALL of my sleep. My FitBit backs this up. There is a natural energy boost in the morning when I take it, no jitters or sweats like other supps. Colleagues have made comments about my positive attitude under stress and want to know 'how' so they can do what I'm doing. I found myself making the comment to someone, "A plane could fall out of the sky right now and I'd be calm." I was dying to go for a run AFTER working a 15hr day one Friday night. I knew it was the ashwagandha lol. The only con/side effect I've had are a few headaches when I first started taking this but I've got to say that my caffeine usage decreased dramatically so it could've easily been withdrawal.
