Maybe a tad over. **Q: Do they have a warranty on them?** A: I'm sure that depends on where you buy them, however I don't see what type of warranty they would need. They are 90% tungston darts. **Q: Will these darts accept movable point tips?** A: I don't believe so. **Q: What special tool is required to replace tips?** A: You need a Re-pointing Tool. I bought one from over seas. I still have to put the tool in a vise and use pliers to turn the handle.
