The directions were very detailed and explained greatly how to set up everything to get started. The process was very easy as long as you followed directions and I had no problems. We love that it totals up the weekly hours for you and can also take out times such as lunch or breaks which is one of the advanced option settings. We've used this system for a couple of weeks now and it has tremendously helped make the payroll process so much easier. This was the only time clock I could find that offered the time total for each day and end of week total plus allowing for all of the extras such as clocking in early/late, time taken out automatically for lunch or breaks, daylight savings time so it automatically updates itself, keys to lock it in case you need and a full pack of time cards plus many many more options. This machine offers everything you need for any type of business.
