I sent an email to the company and requested an instructions sheet which they readily sent to me. I would contact the company for the instructions which I would think they would supply with each filter. Thank You, WaterFiltersOnline ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchase and replace is cheaper then service provider *by T***. on March 6, 2021* Quality product and easy install ### ⭐⭐ Poor threads *by W***2 on January 2, 2021* I purchased this in 2020 when I had one OEM filter left. I just installed it and the screw threads are not long enough. Oem had ~ 1/2" of threads where this replacement has < 1/4" of threads. When you screw it in when it reaches where it should get firm it skips a thread and goes loose. It never would get firm and has a wobble fully installed. Also the filter is about 1/2" shorter than oem. I will not purchase this again. ### ⭐ Did not work to replace an original P-6 Rainsoft water ... *by S***B on December 31, 2016* Did not work to replace an original P-6 Rainsoft water filter. We had it for about 2 months before we took off the wrapper and tried it. Consequently, we could not return it. The hole in the top of the filter was much too small, and the filter appeared to be inferior to the original filters purchased from Rainsoft.I feel as if the seller misrepresented the product.
