But this definitely has built my chest faster and better than push ups or dumbbells. Also, it has built tendon strength and my stubbornly puny forearms in a way that weightlifting has not been able to do. Even the exercises that may look and feel a little silly build upper arm and back strength faster and better than my experience with dumbbells and with less chance of injury (I think).
