All one has to do is remove one or more of the links/tool to fit an individual wrist , it's easy ! Remove the attachment screws (4 per link) and adjust to fit your wrist . I've devised a simple fix for resizing the band . Simply fold a link over another one and secure with a zip tie ! Easy to remove by cutting it off and easy to replace the zip ties . This works great and is well constructed . Links are easy to remove to properly size to my wrist since the overall inside diameter is quite large, same as leatherman.
