Would only pass simple texts nothing would be received if it contained a picture or was part of a group chat. I believe there was a problem with the internal radio. I put my sim into a cheap $20 phone and it worked fine in the exact same location, so I know the problem wasn't sim or location. I even drove closer to the tower where I had full bars, still didn't work. I believe this was a problem with this one Phone, it was used when I received it. I waited to long to put it in service and missed the return window. This model is a great phone, I just got a lemon.
