HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ### ā­ WARNING!!! *by K***4 on November 5, 2019* DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THERMOCORE!!! We purchased this item in February for a rental property that was being remodeled. The unit did not get installed until several months later. Once installed, unit did not work, but it was past Amazon's return period. Tried to work things out with Thermocore's customer service, and they did send 2 replacement parts, but neither one worked. Installer said that the main outdoor unit was bad, but once the 2nd replacement part didn't work, Thermocore would not return calls or emails any longer. I wasted money on the unit, as well as money spent on the installer and still have no working air conditioning system.
