Nice to have two sets of files. I would say the quality is average. Professionals and heavy users would find them selves upgrading but for the casual user the kit will suffice. its nice to have the bag to take out into the field. Instructions are perhaps a little vague and would not hold up in the field so become familiar with the tools before you go out in the damp real world.
