Plus, dishes are a little less noisy going into the sink as well, and we don’t have to worry about our dishes getting scuffed at all either. This mat looks and feels like it’s made out of good quality material as soon as I took it out of the package. It feels good and stable in your hands. This mat does not seem to grow any mold at all. We had it for a couple months before we threw it into the dishwasher as well and never did anything to it. It still looked good and clean, but we threw it in anyway just to kill some baddies on it we knew were there from raw meat in the sink. After coming out of the dishwasher, it was still good as new. It did not warp or melt or change its shape in any way. We were able to put it right back into the sink and be good to go for the next long time before it got thrown back in.
