It allows me to still move around and do what I need to and yet have the cooling I need to calm down my head. I have used this product to stop a migraine without taking medicine. Not often but it has happened. When I get a "hayfever" headache that is really bad, (are there any good ones) it helps to stop it in its tracks. Best part it works for hours and I seldom have to replace it for the same headache.
