As other reviewers noted, the quality of the metal is superior, smoother, more finely shaped, with clean perfect openings for better piping. If you do a lot of cookie decorating and piping, and you value that extra bit of pleasure that comes from using higher end products, this is the one to upgrade your tips to.  It's a small thing, but what's a few dollars more to enhance your quality of life even just a little if you'll be using these for a lifetime?

Wow! Very nicely made and heavy duty. Wish more were easily available in the States. No seams to come apart or break, unlike more cheaply made, commonly available ones that are massed produced for large chain stores....sorry Wilton. This tips beat yours hands down!!

I wished I'd known about PME tubes before I started buying Wilton ones. These are more pricey for sure but they are very nice and more sturdy. I love the length of the PME tubes.
