I just pushed the bike backwards and set the back wheel on to the rollers. I was then able to rest the bike on its kickstand and turn the rear wheel freely to clean and lube sections of the chain at a time. While rotating, the roller stays in place with no trouble. It does take a bit of strength to turn the back wheel but it is not too difficult. You can just push the bike off the rollers when done. There was no need for any other stands or tools, such a useful and simple product. The solid feel, materials, and finish of the product gave me the impression that it will last a long time. Review: Great product! - I bought this to address the fact my Kawasaki Z125 Pro does not have spools/mounts, and this seemed like a great option that is easy to use and portable. If it's not positioned correctly where the weight is centered on the rollers, it WILL move towards the side of the roller.
