He loves it so much that when he stayed overnight the last time he was here, he took it to bed with him and snuggled it in close to his side like most kids do with a stuffed animal! When I checked on him in the middle of the night, he still had it tucked in at his side.The 'Sea Creatures' that come with the net aren't quite as desirable to him, (they are similar style to the monkeys in 'Barrel of Monkeys'), so he uses fish from a different set. She plays with it with her lego blocks and yes she still plays with it in the bathtub as well. I bought it thinking it would be something she could play with and it would run its course and she'd be tired of it. But she hasn't tired of it at all and I'm not sure she's going to. This was a great purchase for the price and it's obviously of good quality that can stand the test of time. My daughter isn't easy on all her toys so this has been heavily tested for durability. My son is probably a bit too young for it still (he's 10 months old now).The net is good and well made. I don't like that it has a hole at the tip of it where water can get in and create mold. My son loves this thing and actually likes chewing on the net part - i guess he likes feeling the new texture on his tongue.The four little plastic toys that this came with are cute but pretty boring. They float and link together which is cute but my son has no interest in them yet.I actually prefer to use this toy outside the water because of the mold issue.I've put the 4 plastic toys in the bath and/or pool but since my son isn't interested in them, i don't tend to use them anymore.
