I was excited about getting this much needed accessory for my video work.However, I'm returning it, one day after I received it.The assembly instructions were the worst I've ever seen.- Some parts were numbered, some parts weren't.- The part numbers that did exist didn't always match the part numbers on the components (some alphabetic prefixes and/or suffixes were different.)- Some parts were shown as individual components on the drawings, but were shipped assembled.- Some parts were shown as assemblies, but were shipped individually.- There were parts left over, not shown on the inventory or drawings, whose purpose is still unclear.In general, the xerographically copied drawings were of terrible quality, and the PDF on the company website was worse.Creating excellent assembly instructions for a complex product is a part of doing business. I don't know how or why a company would include terrible drawings and no instructions for this product.Finally, when all was finally assembled, I couldn't tighten the hand grips enough so that they'd stay rigid in use.- Terrible drawings and instructions- No quality control in packing- Unacceptable quality in parts tolerancesI'm leaving for a video shoot in three days, and now I have to scramble to find a usable product.
