This LED driver was designed to dimming the 12V DC LED lights, such as LED Strip lights / LED Rope light / LED Tape light, LED Cabinet light, LED rigid light bar etc,

Can not work with 12AC/DC MR16 LED Spotlight, because the spotlight has built in a custant current LED driver, all dimmable LED driver can only work with the LED light that do not built in a LED driver,

If you are intent to power up 6 LED 3V each, so your LED voltage about 18V total,
Then you need a constant current LED driver 300mA or 280mA, voltage range about 12-25V,
