I replaced the black cartridge twice.** A: I have the same issue as well. No matter what I do, I cannot print in black. Overall, I have been disappointed with the performance of this printer and have been a loyal HP customer regarding printers. I am going to walk-away from both the printer and HP. **Q: HP has some printers that use all the colors just to print in black. I've read that some of the printers do this.
