The tip is harder so it really feels like paper and does not feel rubbery anymore. You have to be really careful to clean it to avoid bubbles. I ended up with one small speck of dust near the border, but its not bad. There is a corner near the camera notch that never stuck down. But it doesn't bother me much. Pros: The feel of writing on this is much better than writing on bare glass screen of the surface go. Reasonably easy install. Cons: The feel is more like writing on rubber than paper. The feel is not uniform in all regions. Some regions are smoother, some are more grippy. You can see pen marks on the screen.
