I had bought a fridge from them so I figured that it was the right filter. Well that what happens when you don't look. I give it 4 because the shipping was fast and I had no problem receiving the product. It was also packaged nice. I will be looking to ship it back and hope that I can exchange them for the correct water filters. I would have given him a 5 star if I could have only tasted some water that ran through it. Then I found these substitutes, which generally serve the same purpose and fit exactly as the Sears brand at one-third the Kenmore price. The only problem I have had over the past five or so years is that occasionally the charcoal will congregate too close to the tip, and the water from the built-in dispenser will come out black.
