The I instructions are very  clear ,the exercises are dynamic but very slowly carried out ,a little like yoga ,you can take each exercise at your own pace and therefore progress at your own pace,you will require some  support equipment. definitely worth spending your money on.

Probably good for beginners but not challenging enough for others. I prefer the Amit Younger DVD’s. It’s odd that this dvd is aimed at people with lower back pain but there are two occasions where you do a forward fold, not recommended for back issues. Oh with the instructor being an Ozzy there is quite a lot of annoying up-talking

Really good DVD and class. I already do a Pilates class weekly, but it is not run in school holidays so this is my go to for then. Safe to follow. How effective it is, is probably personal, but Pilates helps my back, and having this dvd allows me to do Pilates every week.
