With speeds up to 1550 cps and an MTBF rating of 20, 000 power-on hours (poh), the Epson dfx-9000 offers the power and durability to tackle the most demanding Print tasks.

Review: it is a excellent printer! - I purchased this printer for my company. We used to have okidata pm4100 for our daily. I was not willing to give up on okidata until I tried this printer. We use okidata for almost 14 years. It was fastest at the time being and it was also durable. But the ribbon is too expensive. We decided to try Epson dfx-9000 because the printing speed and media cost (ribbon). It did not let us down. It is faster than okidata. Time is only thing we need right now to test it's durability. The structure is very similar to pm4410, so I have faith in it to last another decade in our company.
Review: not satisfied the performance - Printer returned to the supplier, paid $500.00 restocking fee, not satisfied the performance, too noisy and the printer shaking real bad.

We have used all previous models on the Epson Printers, DFX5000, DFX8000, DFX8500 and would never consider another brand. The DFX9000 is fast and great. Our best price was from Amazon and service was great. Our next purchase on equipment will be from Amazon also.
