The button is depressed into the casing and it will not release. I am fairly light handed. This is not a result of excessive use. The three times the system was used previously, it was only for a few shots in sessions so they are almost new. These are now very expensive paper weights. Review: doesn't work with my Fujifilm X-E2 - I have Yongnuo 622C and it works flawlessly with my new Fujifilm X-E2. I thought this would work in addition to the on board LCD. I am considering selling my RP units because this Pixel units can be triggered from quite a distance as well. My basic needs of adjusting the exposure compensation is so easy in just 2 clicks. I have never been more impressed! While the description did not mention compatibility with Canon 550 EX, I tested it and it performed flawlessly. Flash units tested: Canon 550EX, 580EX, 580EXII.
