I upgraded from an 11-28t stock shimano 105 cassette I wanted black or red one for my bike, and this cassette is black with red accents...not just the lock ring but the aluminium spider is anodized red also, which give a very nice custom look up close.Since Installing I have a 40 mile bike tour, and 56 mile toughman (along with normal commutes and training) and the cassette shift smoothly and is light weight compared to some of the lower price Shimano ones.When installing, be sure to check proper alignment of the small cog BEFORE tightening lock ring. On some hubs there are about 3 positions where the small cog "feels" like it is catching the right groove, but if you are not in the correct position the cassette will wobble after tightening down. So just snug the lock ring and spin the cassette to insure it is true before cinching it down. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth shifting, lightweight cassette with very good finish. A great alternative! *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2014* Purchased this cassette for a new set of carbon wheels as a upgrade for my road bike (a 2014 Colnago), normally I would get Shimano Ultegra or SRAM cassette. While searching for a new cassette with the teeth that I wanted, 11-28, I came across this unit. The red finish caught my eye - it looked very nice. Given that the weight was actually lighter than my Shimano and SRAM cassettes, I decided to give this one a try. It arrived quickly and it looked really nice! The champagne finish is more a silver powder finish, which is brighter than my Ultegra and SRAM cassettes. Once installed on the black hubs with black bladed spokes, the unit popped and looked great. Of course the real test is how well it shifts. With the Ultregra 6800 rear, the shifting was spot on, it shifted as well as my original Ultegra cassette (which was 11-25, not so good for climbing).This Sunrace Driven cassette is lighter and less expensive that the mainstream brands, so if you are not hung up on names, this is a terrific unit at a great price. The red spacers are a nice highlight. But cassettes aren't for looks. I bought these in 11-28T, because Amazon had them selling for $14.99!Price seems to fluctuate on these quite a bit. I now have about 500 miles on one, no complaints. These are heavier than similarly priced Ultegra cassettes.
