This is exactly the same quality as the one it replaced that I had from early nineties. Seller included a manual which was unexpected but kind. The shipment was delayed through no fault of the sellers because of Covid 19 shipping priority across the border to Canada.

This is a faulty product. It does not work. After several uses, when it fails to play back recordings or it will play them back at a slower speed even when switched to the normal speed. I bought ten of these, and I am a very unsatisified customer.
