I use my phone a lot during the day, usually I have to bring a power bank or charger with me. This product make life easier. It fits my iPhone X perfectly just as described, it has 5000mAh capacity which can easily charge my iPhone X at least twice. Very durable and no heat while playing games. It is good for traveling, easy and handy, not heavy at all. It comes with user manual, it tells you how to put your phone inside and take your phone out. When you want to charge your phone, just press the small button located on the bottom, press again to turn off. The case shows the battery percentage. I bought it so far in advance because I wanted to test its function and, at the time, expected to give him my iPhone X. I decided not to give it to him until college (wanted retard his social media activity so made him keep his 16gb iPhone 6) and put the phone and case in a drawer. Fast forward to Fall 2023…I finally gave him my iPhone X with the charging case in September 2023 just before he left for college. Yesterday my son told me that the case is now broken. Specifically, the Lightening connection tab in the case has broken off after only very limited actual use (6 weeks).I understand that technically my unit is out of warranty and there is no way for the company to know if what I am saying is true so I get why they won’t repair or replace it. None of that matters.
